Finally, announcing another opportunity to learn about all things related to Healthy Bones! Who should consider this workshop? Pretty much anyone who has bones! HA! If you are in your 20s, now is the time to maximize bone density. If you are in your 30s and 40s, it’s time to work hard at maintaining your bone density. If you are in your 50s and older, there are specific things you can do (yoga!) to maintain or improve already thinning bones.
Remember - if you've already taken the bone health workshop, you can sign up for ongoing 1-hour yoga sessions specifically for strong bones (plus balance, strength and flexibility).
