About the Event
Yoga has the power to protect us from fractures by building bone mass and reducing the probability of falls—which are a leading cause of injury.
This 2-hr workshop teaches Dr. Loren Fishman’s scientifically proven Yoga for Osteoporosis method (Visit http://sciatica.org/?page_id=70 for more information).
For safety, participants must have prior experience with warrior poses and spinal twists. (Don’t hesitate to contact Diane for introductory yoga opportunities!) This workshop is also great for yoga teachers who are interested in helping their students practice effectively and safely—Yoga Alliance CEUs available.
