This workshop teaches a series of yoga poses that can be done daily to improve range of motion and postures while strengthening the core.
Learn how to practice twists, forward folds, and gentle backbends safely—and discover the importance of hamstrings and inner thigh muscles for a healthy back.
Through individual attention to each participant, Diane will help you make the most of your strengths and manage any limitations or injuries!
