This 3-week series will introduce participants to the many benefits yoga has for body, mind, and spirit.
Come explore how yoga can improve your strength, balance, and flexibility. Experience the power of breath in reducing stress and anxiety. Discover both movement and stillness as opportunities to increase your awareness of God’s loving presence.
We will join our breath with movement at a pace that’s comfortable for all levels of experience and ability! Wear comfortable clothing, refrain from a heavy meal prior to class, and bring water. Limited number of mats available - bring your own (or a large towel) if you have one.
